*  It is the responsibility of the parent to make payments with payment coupons at the first of the month listed.  Please also make sure that your swimmer’s name is on the coupon, and if your last name is different from your swimmer’s, please include both names on the coupon so we can make sure the correct account is credited.  We will email  bill or paper bill at the end of each month.  If your account is not current at that time your swimmer will be considered 1 month behind on payment of their dues and will not be allowed into the pool until the account is current. 

Parent Volunteer Commitment

As a non-profit organization, we are very dependent upon the support of the community, business organizations, and especially you, the parents. We are very lucky to have a talented and diverse membership, and there are many ways that people can put their individual interests and expertise to work for our program. Everyone has something to offer, and we appreciate your commitment. In exchange for pool time, KSC provides all “meet services: for the High School Swim Team. This is a cost saving for all KSC Members, because if we were not able to exchange services for pool time, club dues would have to be increased to reflect pool rental fees. This means we all work at High School meets, even though our kids are not in the High School program.

Please let us know where your contribution and energy will be most helpful in maintaining a quality swim program for our kids. We are a parent driven organization. Each family is expected to contribute in some way, so please help us ensure that your volunteer time is an enjoyable experience. Complete the parent agreement and submit it with your swimmer’s registration packet. (Only one form per family is required). Make sure to include your name on this form, as the forms are separated from the registration packets and the data may not be transferred. To ensure your volunteer efforts are properly recorded, check the volunteer report spreadsheet that will be posted on the concession stand window. Thank you!
